She has taught voice, text and acting at leading drama schools in London and Manchester, and her work with young professional actors in TV and theatre includes productions for Channel 4, the BBC, Granada Television, Contact Theatre and Manchester Royal Exchange. She is accredited in Transformational Coaching, Leading and Developing High Performance, Insights Discovery, NLP and Mindfulness-based Awareness coaching. She combines these approaches to work with teams and leaders on positive influencing and resilience.

As a writer Elliot specialises in creating simulations – immersive learning environments for teams of up to 150 people. He has written and directed simulations for Google, UBS, Prudential, Allianz and London Underground. His simulation work at London Underground was recognised when he won the Gold award for Blended E-learning at the 2015 E-Learning Awards, for a series of learning interventions for Transport for London.

With 15 years of acting experience and a background in theatre, including both repertory and commercial work, Debra has also appeared in TV sitcoms. Her experience extends to broadcast work, as she spent two years as a live TV Continuity Announcer at the BBC. Debra continues to present regularly for live TV and serves as a brand ambassador for ‘Cozee Home,’ a lifestyle brand on the Homestyle division of QVC. Additionally, she has provided voice-overs for corporate clients, particularly enjoying working with dense technical scripts.

National Youth Theatre of Great Britain from 2003 until 2008, delivering on
an ambitious expansion and growth strategy. His leadership experience

consultancy work.
He has built a strong personal reputation as a facilitator and coach
where his intervention has helped his clients unlock their potential and
discover a more confident approach to successful communication. He
uses his experience from the world of theatre and television to help
individuals develop the key vocal and physical skills needed to enhance
personal impact, helping them to speak with clarity, purpose and
authority and communicate more effectively in both a business and social
