Carol Noakes is Director of Voice Ltd., and a senior coach with RADA in Business and RCSSD, working with a wide range of international clients to develop their personal impact.
She specialises in coaching executive presence, public speaking, and team communication. She works with groups and individuals to develop their awareness, physical and vocal skills, and range of performance choices. She is passionate about supporting leaders in developing their personal impact, credibility and persuasive power – and in helping teams connect and communicate with each other and with their clients.
She spent the earlier part of her career as an actor in television, film, theatre and voice over; as a presenter; and as an acting coach, and the practical understanding of how to hold a space (be that a theatre stage, a conference stage or a meeting) is key to her approach. Her clients build their ability to adapt and connect more powerfully with others verbally and non-verbally through active practice, experimentation, feedback and reflection.
She has wide experience in working with clients at all levels, in public and private organisations across all sectors, and with many government departments. She also works as a voice coach with actors in theatre and television.
