Voice Ltd use Insights Discovery ® personal development profiles and workshops for enhancing personal presence and flexibility, and in building effective teams out of disparate individuals with different personalities and motivations.
The Insights Discovery ® System is a powerful tool in helping team members understand themselves and each other,. It can also help shortening the time taken for the team to begin to work together.
As a leader it supports you in understanding your team members’ particular styles and preferences thus enabling you to use your influencing skills intelligently.
As a speaker and presenter you can use Insights Discovery ® to create a performance that will be more charismatic, more focused, and more aware of the needs of the audience.
Insights suggest that if we understand how we and others are likely to respond in a given situation, we can communicate with them in a way that allows everyone’s best qualities to be recognised and valued, ease any tension and reduce the likelihood of misunderstandings.
How we use it.
Insights Discovery ® is based upon Carl Jung’s personality types. There are various profiling systems that use Jung’s psychological types as a basis for measuring personality. Some of you may have seen it in the guise of Myers Briggs (MBTI). With Insights personal development profiles it has been made more simple, memorable and easy to understand through the use of 4 colour energies. See the image above for the four basic types of Cool Blue, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Fiery Red.
The Insights Discovery ® system encompasses a simple model.
What many people find is that Insights Discovery ® has a ‘simplexity’. That is it is very simple to learn and understand but it can be used in complex ways to understand organisations, improve teamwork and develop leaders.
Adapt to you to improve our relationship and my effectiveness.
We work at all levels, building confidence and developing skills in creating more effective relationships.
